At the Citizens Advice Bureau, we provide free, confidential, independent information and advice across a wide range of topics, from tenancy rights through to consumer and employment issues. We help people know what their rights are, help people find community services they need, and we work for positive social change.  The ‘citizen’ in Citizens Advice Bureau means people generally - it doesn’t mean you have to have citizenship, we’re here for everyone.
