Run the Rails
Each event in the Trilogy starts and finishes at a historic train station, connecting your day out to the rich railway history of the region.
From Thames to Te Aroha, Waikino to Waihi, you’ll travel through native bush, farmland, and small-town magic – all on the scenic Hauraki Rail Trail.

- 9km Fun Run/Walk – Just enough to stretch the legs and enjoy the trail vibe.
- 21.1km Half Marathon Run/Walk – A little more commitment, still a lot of fun.
- 42.2km Marathon Run – A flat(ish) off-road marathon with real character.
- 55km Intro Ultra – A friendly first ultra with support where you need it.
- 100km Ultramarathon – Big distance, big day, big achievement.
