Scholars Baroque Aotearoa Chamber Choir team up with NZ Barok for their highly anticipated and much-loved annual performance of Handel’s Messiah.
This year the choir is relishing the pleasure of bringing the music they love to the Karangahake Hall, Crown Hill Rd (over the bridge), Karangahake Gorge.
As the rush preparing for the busyness of the Christmas season begins, you’re invited to take a moment to be still and enjoy this seasonal favourite at a 2:30 pm Matinee - Sunday 4 December, 2022.
Special guest conductor, Mr. Handel, returns to conduct a baroque-inspired performance featuring the period - 18th century instruments of NZ Barok and a line up of international NZ soloists.
