It’s update three for the Rainbow Welcome event at Victoria (Rocket) Park. We’ve tried twice and haven’t got the weather to coincide so let’s make a plan for Saturday 25 November.

GO Waihi invites you along to meet the folk who made this happen. The team from Rainbows End where the Rainbow came from will be there to say hi along with lots of local people and businesses who gave of their expertise, skills, time and more. We’ll get some sausages on the BBQ and we’ll do some Rainbow Rock hunting too. We’ve got family passes to Rainbows End, Goldfields Railway, Gold Discovery Centre and Spikes Bricks and Models to win and Resenes has some cool prizes to give away too. 11 am to 1 pm at Rocket Park, that’s Victoria Park on the corner of Kenny St and Parry Palm Ave (SH2).
