Remember Goldfest is for the young as well as the young at heart, so climb aboard and enjoy some of the things Waihi’s putting on. Most things are free, cheap or discounted, so take advantage and enjoy what’s on offer on our own back doorstep.

Crunchie Count

This competition sees people of all ages looking closely at shop windows downtown in Waihi for Cadbury Crunchie Bars. New World Waihi has $100, $75 and $50 vouchers for the three closest entries. It runs through the school holidays so you’ve got plenty of time to wander town and add them all up. We’ll even throw in some Crunchies for the winners as well.
