A day of family fun planned to celebrate Children’s Day. There’s a family story and craft session from 10 am to 12.30 pm at Waihi Community Resource Centre in Mueller St for primary aged children and parents / caregivers, and then head to Gilmour Lake with a picnic at 12.30. This will be followed by games and crafts between 1.30 and 3 pm. Yes, it’s free!
