Artists at work, if that's what you call doing something you love, is what you'll see over Queen's Birthday Weekend at Waihi Memorial Hall.
From 10am each day you’ll have the opportunity, for just a koha (donation), to wander around talking to over 20 local artists as they work on paintings and sculptures focusing on the human form. Children's and young adults' artwork will also be part of the display.
What a great way to see the artistic talent we have locally, and you could even become part of the show as artists sketch members of the public, models and musicians.
