With anywhere from 100 to 200 cars parked in Seddon St, it’s a great start for an interesting day. Toss in 3 bands, schools entertaining downtown, 25 plus stalls through town, and shops holding sales and getting into the 50's and 60's atmosphere, things are starting to 'Rock and Roll'!
Be part of the fun, come downtown and enjoy the Beach Hop Warm Up Party in Waihi. We've got prizes for the best dressed male and female, and then there's the Mayor's Choice for the best car, good luck to His Worship in choosing that!
Seddon St will be closed off for most of the day, about 10am to 3pm.
Prize giving at 2.20 outside the Waihi Memorial Hall.

It's only $10 and all money raised is going to Waihi Budget Services. It will be ideal for clubs and community groups to do some fundraising.
